Welcome to Kerala Tours And Packages! Before booking any of our tour packages, please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms.
Payment: An advance payment of 70% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 05 days before the departure date. Payment Methods: We offer secure online credit card payments, as well as bank transfers, cash, or check. All payments must be made in full, without any deductions or taxes. Bank charges are the payer's responsibility. Your financial information is protected by our advanced security measures. Late Payment: If full payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and apply cancellation charges.
Customer Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows: 30 days or more before departure: 25% of the total cost 29 days to 15 days before departure: 50% of the total cost Less than 14 days: No refund Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
Kerala Tours And Packages is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events of "force majeure.
In some cases, we may need to make changes to the tour itinerary, such as changing accommodations or adjusting the schedule due to circumstances beyond our control. We will inform you of any major changes as soon as possible.
If you cancel unused services that were paid for in advance, a refund will be calculated based on our cancellation policy. The refund will be issued to the person who made the payment. Please note that bank charges may be deducted from the refund amount, and processing may take 2-4 weeks due to banking procedures.
Kerala Tours And Packages acts only as an agent for the travel services provided, such as transportation, accommodations, and tours. We are not responsible for any delays, changes, cancellations, or accidents that occur as a result of third-party services.
If you encounter any issues during your tour, please inform our representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve the matter on-site.
Kerala Tours And Packages reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website, and it is your responsibility to review the updated terms before making a booking.
